Welcome to Shenyang Five Sigma Imp/Exp Trading Co., Ltd.

We are an international and professional trading company registered in Shenyang, China.

Our main business lines are import and export of goods such as heavy steel castings, iron castings, forgings, heat treatment, work piece machining, etc.

The unit net weight is up to 100 MT.

Our main products are: slag ladle (pot), housing of crusher, non-magnetic retaining ring, cylinder block for the generator, trunnion, runner hub, chisel (striker pin), heat treatment roller, girth gear, bearing bush, bronze rods and so on.

We are professional and skilled importing and exporting heavy castings and machineries.

ASTM, ASME, DIN and JIS, etc are the international standards and specifications we are applying strictly to manufacture and inspect the products.

Take the slag ladle (pot) as an example.

Our chemical composition of P (Phosphorus) and S (Sulfur) are always controlled into 0.015 % max.

Our heat treatment processes include normalizing, tempering, stress relieving after welding, and we control the temperature and the duration.

That is why our tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, reduction in area and other mechanical properties are high enough to satisfy the end user under the temperature as high as 1,380 degrees centigrade.

Our warranty of the service life is guaranteed for 4,000+ cycles.　
Inspection: both internal and external quality are guaranteed by visual inspection, chemical analysis, physical analysis, shot blasting, MT and UT according to the specifications agreed by both the buyer and the seller.
